| I appreciate the perspective and personalized service at this shop. My vehicle check engine light would turn on when driving and it would go off as soon as I turned the vehicle off. Manager Jason took in my vehicle for testing and kept testing to recreate. When he could not recreate the issue I knew he was disappointed to send me out with an unsolved issue and made sure that I knew he kept my file open for when the problem happened again. I offered to pay for the time spent but he didn?t charge me; I knew right then he was more concerned about doing what was right. He told me how to handle if the issue occurred again and what do as we both suspected it would happen again. Sure enough it happened again a few days later and I got to the shop for the team to evaluate and fix. I am impressed that the team is concerned for the customers first and for that reason I will continue to bring my vehicles in and recommend the shop to others in the community. |

| I love these guys. I?ve been going there for 25 years. When there?s nothing wrong with my vehicle, they say nothing. If something is starting to look a little suspicious they tell me - no pressure. If something is an immediate need of repair, they tell me without pressure but with a bit of a warning. Love me my Eagan Car Care!! |

| I really appreciate the help I received when I was having car troubles. I talked to Jason on the phone and even though it was 4pm on a Friday, he was willing to let me leave my car and provide me with a loaner for the weekend. He seemed to really care and understand my predicament. |
